Cochrane Steel Products was established in 1984 as a partnership between Anglo American Corporation of South Africa and Bruce Cochrane

The company was set-up to service the expanding need for perimeter security. Initially Razor Wire constituted the foundation of the business, but within a few years the company became involved in complementary lines such as: steel bar fencing; mobile barriers; welded razor mesh etc

Cochrane Steel is a well recognised supplier to the security industry world-wide and has earned a reputation for supporting its customers through normal and tough times alike.The company has built up a network of agents in almost every country and boasts a track record of supplies to a host of high profile clients. Each year the company has expanded its turnover, a result of committed teamwork between Senior Management and Support Staff.
